Worked with stakeholders to develop an IT Master Plan that defined goals, priority initiatives, integration strategies, hardware/software requirements, and business processes. Developed GIS Implementation Plan. Designed the GIS database. Converted hard copy maps to digital raster and ArcInfo vector products. Integrated GPS information with existing GIS data. Developed CAD drafting standards. Designed and developed CAD/GIS interfaces. Designed and developed GIS editing environment. Trained staff in AutoCAD, ArcView, and ArcInfo. Integrated GIS and hydraulic modeling applications. Developed and deployed an Enterprise GIS desktop application to more than 200 users in the Planning and Public Works Departments. This application interfaces with the RJN CASSWORKS Infrastructure Maintenance Management System running with an Oracle database. It also provides access to a wide array of information over the County’s network including GIS data, property records, utility billing information, public works inventory and maintenance data, as-built drawings, scanned maps, and digital orthophotography.
