by linking or relating these databases to map layers in arcmap. Querypal is

With Querypal users define query topics or panels that connect databases to
map layers in Arcmap using a common key between a database table and an attribute
in a map layer. With Querypal you can define multiple query panels to access a
number of different database tables or views. Query against live permitting,
customer billing, or tax assessment databases and see results in one or more map
layers. QueryMap features and view, sort, and group related database records in
Querypal.
