In the past several years, GeoNorth Information Systems has been investing resources to establish a unique, robust and scalable infrastructure to support a wide-variety of geospatial workflow requirements. Central to this effort is the establishment of a Multi-Mission Direct Receiving Station (DRS) in order to establish a unique commercial GEOINT capability for commercial imagery services on US soil. This Multi-Mission DRS (located in Fairbanks, Alaska) is the only commercial entity on US soil capable of providing the full suite of commercial imaging services (tasking, collection, processing and delivery) for the entire Airbus Defense and Space (Airbus DS) constellation, including both EO and SAR sensors. The DRS is solely owned and operated by GeoNorth Information Systems. In addition to our strategic partnership with Airbus DS, GeoNorth Information Systems has established relationships with several other sources for geospatial data and services with the objective of offering a full suite of data sources and capabilities that can be tailored to meet whatever requirements our clients bring to us.
